Thank you for your feedback. We take DDoS-related incidents seriously, but the statement that we have “absolutely zero protection” is not accurate. DDoS mitigation depends on the type, scale, duration and target of the attack, and each case must be reviewed based on technical data. From this review, we cannot identify the related account, service, ticket or incident. If this is based on a real customer experience, please contact us through the billing/support panel or provide the required details through Trustpilot, so we can investigate it properly. We do not leave customers alone with network issues, but we also cannot fairly confirm or comment on such claims without being able to verify the specific service, attack and support history.
