Ordered an Abel retro biker leather…
Ordered an Abel retro biker leather jacket. Measurements taken by professional dressmaker and sent to Scin, along with over US$1,000. Parcel was sent via Pakistani (thought it was USA made, not true). Jacket had totally wrong measurements in arms and chest, inches out. Email sent to company along with photos and now they’ve ghosts us, no reply 😡 EDIT….. after many months finally got through and had to pay return mail (over $50 Aust) to send jacket back to get a refund. Was a very painful experience, and will not happen again
