I ordered two pairs of gloves this Christmas season for my beloved, one a bit casual and one a bit more formal. First, both pairs fit perfectly based on the sizing criteria so I recommend making no adjustments because these gloves are "True-Size." Second, with regards to shipping, LeatherGlovesOnline was absolutely true to their word. If fact, the two pairs of gloves, ordered on two different dates, actually showed up two days earlier than expected and the shipping package was indeed top-drawer. It made my wrapping experience so much more pleasurable plus there was also a proper storage bag for each pair. I will say this very candidly, LeatherGlovesOnline had greater availability and better quality for the price than any of the high-end department stores in my area. If anyone you know needs quality leather gloves, you must order from LeatherGlovesOnline or you will regret your purchase. I am already looking for an excuse to buy a pair for a family member or friend. Additionally, they also carry scarves, beanies, bags, and wallets. Lastly, and this was very important during the Christmas Season, I was sent email every time an action took place such as "your order has been processed," "your order has been shipped and here's the tracking number," and "your order has arrived." This is a top-shelf company that should be patronized regularly!

The gloves looked beautiful in an online ad and are just as excellent now that I've worn them. They are also warm & fit perfectly (size 7). Ordering was easy & timely.

Absolutely Dismal experience. Ordered mid-December and was told that it woud take 3 days to ship. Continually followed up with them. Mostly without feedback. Website link to track order did not work. When I called, had to leave a message. Never spoke with a live person. Updates were confusing. At one point, I was told that they were shipping and that I could not change anything on the order. Then, I was informed (with apology) that they would not arrive in time for Xmas. My wife's birthday is early January, so I thought I would wait. More confusing feedback. Then birthday came and went. After all of that, I am informed that we are never going to receive the order as the one I chose was over sold. The whole time I was trying to get this sorted out, I was receiving emails promoting their brand and website. "Still have time to get gloves in time for Xmas..." A total joke. Terrible customer service. Now, we are waiting for our refund.
