I recently bought a pair of Marco Italian Lambskin leather gloves with brown rabbit fur from LeatherGlovesOnline. The delivery was speedy and the packaging was excellent. Unboxing revealed high-quality handmade craftsmanship leather gloves with soft leather and warm fur. Impressed with the quality, I bought a second pair for my wife. It’s a lady’s version of the same model and the style looks gorgeous. It has the perfect contour to bring out a lady’s elegant hand. My wife absolutely loves them; they’re much more elegant than those thickly padded winter gloves and they go well with our cold-weather dressing.

Great products. I have purchased from leatherglovesonline starting in 2021. Found it from a Google search. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the gloves and the customer service. When I did have to contact customer service it was accurate and attentive. The team is responsive.

I ordered a pair of Giovani gloves on 4/25/26 (order #LGO-65828-25). On approximately 5/6/26, I emailed them and asked if my order had shipped. I had not received a shipping notification. In 24 hours, I received an email back, thanking me for bringing this to their attention and that, no, the order had not been shipped. I was assured my order would be shipped soon. The gloves never showed “out of stock” and at the writing of this review, still do not. It’s now 5/9/26 and I have not received any notification of shipping. I inquired again, by email, and I have had no response to my email. I feel that I have been scammed out of $130+. They have my money, and I have no gloves or assurance I will get them. I cannot recommend this company. Update 5/18/26: My delivery address was an international address and Leather Gloves Online needed verification of my address. I verified my address with them, several days ago. I still have not received a shipping notification. I’m seriously doubting I will receive my order. It has now been 23 days since I placed my order and paid in full. Update 5/29/26: I have still not received my order. I have been in touch with Leather Gloves Online’s customer service and continue to get the same “canned” responses. How I’m an exception and they are sorry. My order was to be delivered today by FedEx. I tried to tell them not to use FedEx and to use DHL, because they are familiar with my area. Of course, companies never listen to customers anymore. I have no idea, if or when, I will receive my order. I’m absolutely sick and tired of dealing with this company. Do not buy from them! I will continue to update this… Update June 3rd 2026: I still have not received my order. Leather Gloves Online has stopped responding to my emails. However, they did send me an email, wanting me to submit a review I obliged, and attempted to submit my review. Their website only gave me an error message, and would not take the review. If I wasn’t out $150, this would almost be comical. On a positive note, I was able to start a “complaint” through PayPal, the method I used to purchase my gloves. They have generated a case and notified Leather Gloves Online. So, maybe some pressure from them will help. At this point, the issue is actually with FedEx. I cannot get anywhere with FedEx and Leather Gloves Online doesn’t seem interested in helping. However, as stated earlier, I tried to tell Leather Gloves Online to use DHL, and they refused to listen. They also gave me no choices. Update 6/8/26: So, FedEx finally sent a notification that they could not deliver. Now, I will have to contact PayPal and go ahead and request a refund. Let the two big dog companies deal with each other. Again, Leather Gloves Online continues to use useless companies, such as FedEx. They will not listen to their customers and use a vendor, who will deliver. This has just become common with corporate America. It’s all about the money, and customer service and satisfaction is nothing to them. It appears that Leather Gloves Online has a continuous problem with these types of issues. It almost appears to be a scam. You pay them $150 usd. They sit on it and invest your money and make interest. Then, they might send your money back, but they have profited from the interest. All without any losses. Just something to think about. I will be purchasing a pair of Dents gloves from a brick and mortar store. Do NOT purchase from this company.

Bought a pair of gloves that were too small. The company exchanged the gloves for the correct size without any difficulty. The correct size gloves wear beautifully and are really warm in the coldest weather. Just fantastic!
