Leather CreationsReviews of leathercreationsfurniture.com

Purchased a couch from Leather Creations back in 1997. The couch endured 3 teenage sons showing quality and durability. Later in 2006 we moved out of the area and gave the couch to one of the sons that stayed in the area. The couch lasted many more years as our son started a family. We regretted giving the couch to our son because we could not find couch in Washington and later Oklahoma with the same quality and experienced sales staff as Leather Creations. In 2025 our son who was so impressed with the couch replaced the couch with a sectional from Leather Creations. In 2026 we moved back into the area and the first purchase for our new home was a sectional from Leather Creations. The Quality and outstanding purchase/delivery experience were the same as they were 29 years ago. I highly recommend Leather Creations!

Greg at the mall of Georgia was one of the best salespeople we ever dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Upfront pricing and he never tried to oversell us. The 2 piece sectional and recliner are absolutely beautiful. Excellent craftsmanship on all 3 items. The color is exactly as expected. The delievery team were skillful, professional and handled everything with care. Kim, the delivery coordinator was extremley helpful and kept us up to date on the delivery timeline. We would definately recommend Leather Creations for anyone looking for a quality leather furniture.

We've ordered two couches (one custom made), a love seat, a stuffed chair, two ottomans, and now a custom chaise lounge over the last 30 years...we have all the pieces and love every one of them, even through doggie damage of one of the sets (no fault to leather creations). We love their couches, the styles offered, the quality, and professional service and ease of delivery. They are more expensive than other locations, however, the quality far exceeds those other locations as well. Leather creations builds to last.

Bill was so extremely helpful in helping me navigate what I should clean my leather with, verses which oil would be best to condition it with afterwards. He was extremely professional and absolutely more than kind enough to go out of his way to do further research for me regarding what I should use with the type of leather sectional that I have from Leather Creations. In having the experience that I had with him and this company, I would highly recommend working with him as I know he will do his best to find everything you may need or want!

If you are looking for one-of-a-kind luxury furniture look no further. You pick the leather, you pick the configuration, then they build you the highest quality piece of furniture you will ever own. The delivery/set up team is excellent as expected! Mavis is super easy to work with, we could not be happier with our purchase.

This is my sister’s and my third time purchasing furniture from Leather Creations, and once again the experience was exceptional. Rob took incredible care of us. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right choices — he even stayed after his shift to make sure every detail was perfect. His knowledge is unmatched, and you can tell this isn’t just a job for him — it’s a passion. He offered thoughtful, insightful suggestions that made the process easy and enjoyable. Because of their impeccable design, I ended up choosing the Carleton, and I absolutely love it. Leather Creations never disappoints. The quality, the craftsmanship, the service — you simply can’t go wrong. Ask for Rob or Greg. You’ll be in great hands!

Customer since 1999 We bought our first sofa, ottoman, and chair in 1999… and our son is still using it! Throughout the years, we continued to purchase 2 additional sofas, 3 chairs, and 2 ottoman’s from Leather Creations. Our last purchase was in 2020. The quality of their products, and the outstanding customer service has been our reason for being repeat customers!

We had the best experience selecting and ordering two custom leather sofas and a reclining chair from Leather Creations at the GA Mall location. Robert Wilkins’ vast knowledge and expertise helped guide us through the entire process. He was patient, but never pushy during our extended visit to the showroom and his knowledge of leather was outstanding.
