AIDA helped me successfully transition into instructional design with a job-ready portfolio and a clearer understanding of how professional learning gets built. The structure, feedback, and community support kept me moving forward, and I’m proud of the work I produced here. One thing that made a big difference for me was the 1:1 support from my success advisor. Knowing I could hop on a call when I felt stuck or behind gave me the accountability and encouragement I needed to finish. I understand AIDA is evolving and this level of support may not always be offered, but I hope they bring it back since it truly strengthened my experience. Overall, it’s a solid investment if you want hands-on projects, feedback from experts, and a clear path into the field.

I was stuck in a teaching career that I hated, until I saw an ad for AIDA on Facebook. I took a leap and jumped in. The program is truly amazing! AIDA is a comprehensive program teaching all of the ins and outs of how to be an instructional designer. They provide so much support in so many ways. It took me a while to find a job after graduating, but I know it's because my attention was divided. But I finally got an offer for my dream job yesterday! I will be a paid ID, working from home and my new team is AMAZING!

This instructional design bootcamp, resembles a college course or credential program, provides an extensive library of video tutorials for ISD software and skills tailored for newcomers in the field. A standout feature is the personalized coaching and feedback, which proves immensely helpful in fine-tuning your skills. The program encourages investing time and effort, underscoring that the more you put in, the greater your growth. Moreover, they strongly promote networking within the instructional design community, enriching the overall experience and fostering valuable connections. I'm happy I did it and feel more confident about my future transition into the corporate world. Minus one star for the interface- two websites and needing to go back and forth. However, I believe they are consolidating sites in the near future which will streamline the learning process.

I took this journey to invest in my family and me. Glad I was able to learn different skills for when I transition from my current job to a new one in the future. Thank you AIDA!
