Scam designed to mislead & delay
I joined LearnFly and was first caught of guard with one time fee of $29. Then when i tried to complete an AI course, one of the videos was not listed and it prevented me from finishing the course and accessing the certificate; i emailed a complaint they took very long to respond, when they did it was a back and forth for weeks, finally they emailed me a certificate and never fixed the system issue; by that time a month had passed and then i got a charge on my credit card for another $29; I tried cancelling but couldn't; I emailed my complaint and to cancel, but they took very long to answer, when they did email they made an offer of $20, I accepted but was still billed the $29... when I sent back an email complaint no one responded; suddenly I'm getting a Microsoft email error; I believe that's their way of blacklisting a customer and to bide time for your billing date to occur again your credit card drained another $29. All that time i tried scores of times to cancel; the cancel process does not work. The whole system is a well put together scam, their website, Facebook page, their slow emailing, error emailing, etc. is all designed to delay you until your billing date comes around again. I deleted their cert because its worthless. It's a scam; their entire system is AI generated designed to mislead amd delay you until the next billing date. I gotta change my credit card because of this!
