The instructor, Stephen Mercer was great! He had a ton of knowledge. The course itself was definitely fast paced, which difficult the absorption of knowledge and all the content. Side note: I would like to give feedback in regards to the PP presentation, I think some of the slides should be rearranged a bit, so it makes more sense, for example when we went over Scrum, the definition was only given after we learned how to apply, and how to use it. In this particular case, I feel like the definition should've been given beforehand.

Course instructor was very clear and course content was very informative. Some of the content may not be as useful in my field, but I'm sure is very useful in others. Overall, very good course.

There was a lot of content presented. I know many of the terms but certainly not all of them. The course is fast paced and just too fast to absorb the knowledge. You need more time to really understand some of the issues than is allowed, but that is the nature of the course. If I wanted a slower course, I need to take it at a college level.

Very good content coverage. Each section was discussed and details provided.Stephen Mercer did a fantastic job.

The class is very good and helpful. It contains lots of good information and material. However, the downfall is the class is definitely fast pace since it is only in 4 days. Overall, very helpful for us.

Great course. A lot of great knowledge shared by Stephen Mercer and guidance on how to do well in the exam. I definitely recommend taking any future training classes with Mr. Mercer.

I feel empowered after training with Farha Tehseen for my Agile Scrum Master certification. Farha answered questions I had along the way and after the training, she walked me thru a practice exam which was very helpful. During the training she provided tips on how to study for the exam. I enjoyed this training and will probably take more thru Learners Ink.

Farha Tehseen has been patient with me. Many materials provided. Some good examples used to explain the concept.
