Learners Ink, LLCReviews of learnersink.com

Stephen Mercer was a great trainer, felt the material was digestible especially with HOW much there is to cover in 4 days. I appreciated that he also shared real life examples across all industries to make it feel more applicable to my core responsibilities at work. Communication from Learners Ink was smooth overall. My only piece of feedback would be - Communication of expectations of who else is enrolled in the course ahead of time and having the opportunity to connect to build networking upfront. I had enrolled for a group course and was not notified until I had signed on for the start day and it was too late to consider another option and felt I missed out on the benefit of peer learning which was a reason for requesting a group learning vs. 1:1. Though I still felt I gained a lot of perspective an insight from Stephen and made it all work.

2 day Practitioner Course was great. Slight hiccup not having the training material available when I needed it but Learners Ink fixed my issue with speed which was greatly appreciated.

This course is great. Very informative. The informative and easy to follow no matter what your level of experience is. The instructor, Stephen Mercer, is patient, answers all questions, and provides extra material he may present that is not necessarily part of the program. The one thing that kept this from a 5-star rating, was that recordings are not provided until the end of the entire class

Stephen was knowledgeable about the content and took time to explain topics

The instructor, Stephen Mercer, did an excellent job presenting the material with candor. He clearly has extensive knowledge of the material and is very receptive to comments from students. He complimented each student after every comment and listened intently. He's probably one of the best instructors I've ever had. I only dropped a star due to some typos and grammatical errors in the practice exams.

Overall was very informative & quality content. Very fast paced presentation and would recommend reviewing the course material prior to the course like the processes, outlines, etc. but not the modules, the course will handle that. The instructor gives you a chance to interact which helps further understand topics you do not understand. Good experience for myself.

It was great, lots of content covered, Stephen Mercer gave great examples even within limited time to better understand the concepts and methods taught. I would suggest for it to be a 5 day crash course as I felt it was a little rushed over only 4 days.

I have learned a lot and all required knowledge required for the exam was covered. Good instructor.
