Stephen Mercer was an excellent instructor and added a ton of additional value to the course with his experience, stories and context. Course is well laid out, on time and effectively covers the important content. I just wish there was time to go into more detail on some of the systems, but fully aware that is out of the scope of the course. Would recommend to colleagues!

This was a great course taught by Steven Mercer who did a great job. I feel that I have a good understanding of the content and hope to complete my certification in the next 5 weeks.

Upskill Certification coach Stephen Mercer delivered a fantastic and personable and tailored teaching experience that helped our entire class feel that we were valued students and that we were being given every enablement to have the best chance and set of resources for passing the PMP exam. Thank you so much and grateful to have connected through this course!

Thank you to Joseph who has been the best tutor for my Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner course! I have learnt so much and really valued my time here. I have surprised myself with the knowledge I have gained over the past couple of days thank you to him 🙂

PMP Course with Srikanta Konanur. If you looking to pursue your carrier and, or you have a Goal to become a Product Manager Professional look no further. The course of 4 days that's full of information, facts, tricks, and figures. Srikanta's personality and engagement thought out the course is fantastic. Real-life experience and examples provided were relevant and very easy to understand and remember. Thank you Learners Ink for having such a great Tutor with wise and broad experience and knowledge.

This course will be applicable so much to my current role and our Organizational processes. With Stephen Mercer as my instructor, the content was thoroughly covered, expounded upon, and explained at a level to make certain I was capturing and retaining the content. This was very beneficial to my learning capabilities. He took the time I needed to make sure I understood the material. In the majority of courses that I have taken, the material is covered and the Instructor moved on. Stephen not only TAUGHT but he also LED me so that I could be successful. Therefore, I received much more out of this course than what I expected. Time very well spent for me. Stephen is one of the best Instructors I have had.
