Nice content. Bad support and Rude behaviour. There was an offer. I applied for it and got the coupon. I sent a feedback that the offer was not uniform for users and requested if it can be made uniform as I was on the less-advantageous side. They disabled my coupon right away and mentioned I cannot apply for the offer. I even apologised if my request hurt them. They asked me not to contact again. It was so mean and unprofessional and uneducated behaviour. They could've responded that this is the offer and we cannot change.

Well made tutorials. Good balance of lectures and practice, which makes remembering easier. Thank you, Adrian!

The lessons are very good and in depth. The response from this tutor to constructive criticism, in my opinion, does not match his knowledge and teaching ability. I have been offered a refund rather than an explanation for an issue (or an admission that it exists) I had flagged up, and this was following much irritated argument from him about this being the first time the issue was brought up in the many years he has been doing what he does! It felt that the refund was offered when he could no longer argue that the issue was a non issue. I will however not be taking the offer of a refund since I cannot do so conscientiously after having accessed many of his lessons. However, I cannot conscientiously give him a score higher than three stars because a five star score would mean that the service he offers is 100 percent perfect . Having said that, if you are ready to buy his courses and not flag up issues, you could take my 3 star rating to be a 5 star one.
