Not a good experence at all! They would debit my account on days that were not authorized and for way bigger amounts than they were ever allowed. Stay away from these people.

Do yourself a favour and please don't get this loan. I had to pay over 1300 in f****ng interest and ended up worst off than before. Impossible to get ahold of customer service. Was waiting on their "upper management" to get in touch with me when they randomly stopped taking my last four payments (they had a payment schedule and once it ends, it ends and that's cool and all) but management never got back in touch with me. Instead, a couple weeks later they took the remaining balance IN FULL WITHOUT ANY WARNING WHATSOEVER. I would give zero stars for that, it was shady as fudge. They're lucky I had just gotten my income tax or I would have been screwed. Forget this place. Struggle and try to make things work instead, DO NOT go to this place for help. You'll end up in a worse place financially.

If payments do not automatically draft from the customer's account that is usually blocked access from the bank, it can be fixed by updating your banking information. Worst short term loan company I’ve ever had the misfortune of falling prey to their ridiculous interest rate. I had a loan back in 2018 that I had paid off and then in February 2021 they start pulling money from my bank account without authorization! Seeking legal counsel

Loans become active again if the payoff is not successful. I took out a loan from Leap credit last summer. The principal was $2,000 and interest was 767%. Stupid thing to do but I took the loan with the intent to pay off early as allowed without penalty. I made all of my payments of $767 every two weeks up to and including November 18. I had paid $6300 of interest expense and still owed $2,185 of principal according to truth in lending statement in laon agreement. I called to pay off the loan assuming it would be $2,185 on Nov 18. All my payments had been on time. Although I had paid 767% interest accrued daily through November 18 of $6,300, they wanted $3,000 to close out the loan. They said the payoff amount included the principal plus additional $800 of additional interest. Remember I already paid 767% interest for 4 months, but since I was paying off early they wanted more. I made a payment of $2,200 and told them I considered it paid off. They kept on accruing interest and I called them all the time to resolve. Would have great conversation with a service rep and they would say they were escalating to management an I would never hear back. Like 15 calls over 4 months. Finally talked to someone in mid March 2021 who said my payoff was now not the $900 I did not pay earlier but was $3,000. I am so weary. They said they would settle for $800 they took from my account without approval and another 2,400 to settle. Help me!!

Hello, Bill! We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. All outlines of our APR rates, payment schedule, and total amount paid are displayed in the loan agreement for all our customers. There is absolutely no penalty for paying off early. Each payment made toward the loan goes toward the interest and principal. If a customer does not wish to pay off their account's complete balance, we have a program to fit those specific criteria. I’d give zero stars if you could. Total rip off. Dishonest staff. Hap 4 payments hit my account within 4 days and staff refused to help correct. Would not recommend!!!!!
