Interest rate is a bit too high seeing as I've had 5 different loans with them, so they could give me a good rate reduction. And do bi-weekly payments instead of weekly. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints.

Hi Matthew, we understand your frustration. There are several factors involved in how interest rates are applied to our loans. Our payment frequency options are twice a month, bi-weekly, and weekly. Also, on the pre-approved notifications, the discount rate is mentioned in the last paragraph. We are always looking for ways to lower our rates and improve our product. They were supposed to postpone my April payments to May. Due to covid 19 You keep trying to run through my checking and I get charged nsf

Our extension does require a signed agreement for you before they become active. If the agreement is not signed, the payment schedule outlined in the loan agreement will proceed. Your a great company and worked with me very well. The only part I didn’t like is even though I was a repeat user the interest rate was really high and even though I paid off extremely early I still paid more than double the amount I borrowed.
