There have been two occasions where the payment was posted to my bank account several days before the payment was due, causing my personal bank account to be overdrawn. There has also been one occasion where my payment amount was deducted with an additional $100 deduction with no explanation as to what this additional charge was for.

They disappear once you get a loan. Can't get help easily. Leave a message and it takes days. Send an email, which they say will be quicker, and that is no better...

I paid mine loan off and applied for another loan. Was told my money would be there next day. Well it is Thursday and no money yet. I have had 4 people tell me something different. I really need the money I applied for.

The loan agreement was signed on 03/31/20, and the loan was funded on 04/02/20.
