Terrible customer service. I was approved and signed my loan documents on 12/15. Today is 12/21 and the funds have yet to be deposited. When I call, I get the same runaround. They constantly tell me “1-2” days. Super frustrating. Definitely would NOT refer any of my friends or family.

If I could give a BIG FAT zero I would!! Took out extra payments without my consent! No call, no, no email, just went into my account and took out what they damn well pleased!! Then says they have no record of it and I had to send in bank statements and documentation! Uh…… if you took it out don’t you think you would have a record of it?? Worst loan company ever!! Avoid at all cost!!

If I could give less than one I would. I never took a loan out with this company. With the amount of money I run through my account I never really noticed until this week were $500 was taken out at once. Called them and was told I took a loan out in 2019 for $1000. Never took a loan out to this company, The indicators they talk about are a joke, I believe my ex took this loan and I paid 3000 to them for a measly thousand dollar loan, that I never got. Un freaking real, looked at there web site, the questions they ask Are questions that any of numerous people that know me could answer correctly.

Horrible company and horrible customer service,took 2 payments of over 600 out of my bank account at once and the intrest is criminal paying over 5,000 for a 2,000 dollar loan. This company is a perfect case of predatory lending and should be shut down!

I had an arrangement for $40 every 2 weeks and today they took out almost $600 from my bank account, they never answer on the phone number on the page

This place is a scam. I've never applied for a loan with them. They texted me saying to contact Donna. When I call get through to someone she/he wanted me to tell the my soc.sec number I reversed the question with if I have a loan through you what state do I live in? The phone hung up at that point.

This experience is a nightmare . I was supposedly funded June 17th as of the 25th I have still not been funded and me and my family are stuck 1500 miles from home with no money , unable to get to airport , and have no gas to get there. Leap credit keeps making excuses and have not done anything to resolve the problem . I have received a lot of lip service and excuses but no results . For a company to operate your upper management needs to be able to resolve issues in a timely manner . I really would never refer this company to anyone . I will be stuck in Colorado til finds areive . But I will accumulate bills at 800.00 dollars a day til I get to leave Colorado . Sad a 1500.00 loan can’t be funded for 7 days when website says 1-2 days . Upper management has not responded once after me calling at least 20 times . BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!
