Hi Joaquin, We understand your concerns. The payment debited from your account is for a missed payment. There are two outstanding payments on your account, which we have waived late payment fees for. Please note that these are not extra debits, these are payments that bounced in the past. You can refer to the loan agreement to see the total number of payments required to pay off the loan. We understand your disappointment with your loan interest rate, but please understand several factors go into the rates we apply. We are more than happy to discuss this matter in detail with you. Hi Pam, We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. On page two of the loan agreement, there is REMOTELY-CREATED CHECK AUTHORIZATION. You agreed for LeapCredit to draw the bank account on file in case of administrative returns, where the original payment could not be processed, including late fees. Any payments debit from your outside of the payment schedule is for missed payments. There are a few outstanding payments on your account, which we have waived late payment fees for. Please note that these are not extra debits, these are payments that bounced in the past. You can refer to the loan agreement to see the total number of payments required to pay off the loan. Hi Dianne, we never like to hear when customers like you are disappointed with their Leap Credit experience. We do not fund loans without signed consent and have a three-day cancelation policy for any customers that changes their mind about the loan. We are always looking to improve our services. We are truly sorry you had a less than excellent experience with us. All paid in full loan customers do receive a congratulatory email with the date the loan was paid in full. Our representatives can see only specific details concerning the customer's account. Our refund policy does dictate we receive a bank statement to verify the transaction did process on both ends.
