We never like to hear when customers like you are disappointed with their Leap Credit experience, but we do understand. The outline for all payment plans is listed on page 9 of the loan agreement. We contact our customers using multiple forms of communication to allow them numerous avenues to respond to us once they fall behind. We understand your concerns. We attempt to draw first payments on the date outlined in the loan agreement. If that payment is unsuccessful, we notify the customer multiple ways (calls, text, email). The system will continue to try and draw that initial payment. After numerous additional attempts, the account goes into collections that attempt the initial transaction at a later date.
