I did this cause I was in a bad spot. Such a bad deal. Y'all even tried spreading out the last payments in $.40 increments. I had to go in and just pay the $5. Crooks.

Our primary function is to provide financial relief when our customers are in need. We only spread out the final payments for customers upon request and review/ approval from upper management. Poor communication. I made several attempts to cal and speak with a representative and was never able to connect. Email response are slow as well.

I have paid off two loans with leap credit and got an email stating that I would get a discount on my next, but was denied for a loan this time.

Leap credit is a bad loan service high Interest rates. Have a loan for 1,000 and have to repay 3,200 how’s is that right. Ask for lower payment which was approved but never happened out of now where I get two 50$ late fees and then another 20$ late. Yet the original payout was deducted and I still got charged late fees. Total rip off

I Don't like On lin loan because they are a ripoff I will never get a another one anymore I got 500 and they may me pay back over 1, 800 just for 500.

Paid loan off early. They still took 2 payments out after. I’ve called numerous times and all I get is the run around from agents. They say they will get me answers from upper management but haven’t received one phone call back. It’s been over 3 weeks now. Do not use this company
