I received my order promptly. But what I got, it's not what I expected. My fillers were like something that was taken off the floor and put in a bag my rappers were more like Binders and my binders were more like rappers, I even found Connecticut mixed in with my rappers. Prices are decent but the issue I have is that when you purchase a wrapper leaf it needs to be wide enough after you trim it the size of the leaf after I trim it was only 2 inches and it took the whole leaf to wrap it

There is quite literally zero customer service here. I will be finding a new supplier that answers my questions or concerns regarding their products.

È UNA TRUFFA, NON ACQUISTATE: effettuato ordine il 20 maggio 2026, ricevo subito conferma dell'ordine via mail, dopo qualche giorno ulteriore mail con il numero di tracking falso, rimandava ad una transazione consegnata nel 2024. Ho chiesto spiegazioni via mail al servizio clienti e mi rispondono che il pagamento tramite paypall era stato bloccato per restrizioni riguardanti il prodotto (foglie di tabacco). Ho richiesto a paypal il rimborso che per fortuna mi ha rimborsato la somma pagata.

If you’re an overseas buyer, beware. I ordered from Leaf Only several months ago from the UK and have still still not received my order. The sellers in a deceptive manner refunded the original card payment and requested a bank transfer or money gram. Initially, Patrick the customer service rep was responsive, however, when made aware of the problem, they quickly stopped responding. Apparently the order is still held in customs. However, Leaf only have made no effort to chase the postal service even though they are aware this has to be done by them. Now, near enough 4 months later the business is not replying to emails. Absolutely no regard for customer service, just out there to make a quick buck. Avoid, definitely not a trusted seller. Scammy fraudulent tactics used to prevent customer’s having adequate protection of their order.

I'm not sure if their family-owned business I just know that they make you feel like family. All my questions were answered quickly over email. Even by phone,I felt their desire to help. I have not encountered this kind of service in years. I trust and recommend them. Thank you.

Ordered Mapacho sample came fast. Have not ordered larger packages yet.

Great customer service.Was ordering to be shipped to the U.K Had NO problems,emailed them and they got straight back to me. The leaf tobacco they sent was Excellent and of very high quality Would not hesitate to use this company again Thank you (especially to Patrick)
