At first it was ok, sales guy did a good job explaining how it works and the benefits and we were good with getting it. Now this is something that they don't tell you. If you have a whole roof remodel, decking and everything and they have to take down the gutters then be prepared to pay a hefty bill. Was quoted 4k for that and ok it is what it is so they put this wraparound on it and during the roof remodel it was removed. When the workers came back and noticed it not there they are charging me an extra 3k for that. If it was that important to leave that on then they should have explained it and either let me know so that the roofers save that material or they should have taken it down from the beginning. Now I have yet to get a call back from them regarding this lack of customer service. Very disappointed in the lack of interest in making this right.

They did not do anything they said they were going to do. They had people come out and start the work, they didn't even have a permit. So they had to leave you would think before u start anything that they would have had one nooo....they didn't. You can't get in contact with a manager just the call center. Just a big headache the cost alone u should be getting A1 service you don't. They didn't even clean up what they started my house looks like a mess. Everything should have been done no more then two days they never came back. Didn't update us, to let us know what was going on with the permit!!, just a big mess with them. Now my house looks like crap find somebody else!!

The worst company to deal with. There is no one to talk to I mean no one beside a call center. I have had my gutters for less than 3 years and now need them replaced due to hail damage. I was told by the call center I had an appointment for Monday the 15th. What I did not understand was someone was supposed to call me on Monday, not actually be at my house. No call what so ever and this was supposed to be by the GM. I had called 3 times that day with NO response. Carlos called once on Tuesday when I was in a meeting. I called back a couple of times and left a message, I called Wednesday and left a message NO RESPONSE. Do not buy from them, because you will NEVER GET HELP if you have a problem. Very poor customer service. The call center people can not do anything besides say they are sorry, which is meaningless.

First they didn't do anything the salesman scott mccook said they would other than install the leaf guard. Said they would level, straighten, and clean out before they installed it, I was out side watching he did none of that. 2 weeks after installation I noticed the corners were coming up. Contact the person who sold it to me, Scott mccook he told me he didn't do customer service, I told him when he sold it to me he would be my contact. I wouldn't recommend this company they get ur money and then are done with you.

The gutter system is very pricey. The install was poor, there was no follow up by the salesman or anybody else. I have called several times to complain. They did come back out and make some adjustments which were about as poor as the original install. I am not done with them yet.

I asked for a quote for gutters to have put in. He came out today and once he was done measuring, he came back. He wanted to give me the pitch on how the gutters work and how they are different than any other company. I told him I know how gutters work and what kind of screws are being used I just want the quote. That did not stop him from talking and still trying to give me his pitch. I did not ask to get the Company History I had ask for a quote. Hand me the quote and call it the day. He said, can I just finish? I said no I just want the quote. His response was we won't be a good fit. After I saw the quote, I told him you are right we won't be. They are way overpriced. I did my research to find out what it would cost to have them installed. What they charge is almost 3 times as much as the average cost is for gutters. People do your research and find out how much things should cost that way you are informed, and you can go with a company that does not want to rip you off.

LeafGuard may excel at sales, but their post-installation service is severely lacking. My gutter installation was completed in October 2024, with the exception of one downspout that could not be finished due to a drainage issue on my end. Once that issue was resolved, I spent several months making repeated phone calls and enduring multiple missed appointments before anyone finally followed through and completed the work in October 2025. After a hail storm in April, I engaged LeafGuard in preparation for a roof replacement. Two weeks ago, they failed to show up with no explanation of what happened as I and my project manager have emails of the appointment. This pushed my entire project back a week. They were scheduled again today — it is nearly 8:00 PM and they have still not arrived. I have been waiting on callbacks from multiple levels of their management team, all of whom promised to return my call promptly. None have. As a result of this second no-show, my roofing project will not be completed as planned, and my painters — who were scheduled to follow the roofers — will also need to be rescheduled. The cascading impact on my project timeline and the costs involved are a direct result of LeafGuard's repeated failures to honor their commitments. I paid a premium price based on the promise of quality and a lifetime warranty. Based on my experience, that warranty appears to carry little practical value if the company cannot be relied upon to show up. I would caution anyone considering LeafGuard to carefully weigh the significant gap between what is promised at the point of sale and what is actually delivered afterward.

Warranty is worthless.  They charge for everything required, overpriced and the filters clog.  Telephone contact is rude and difficult.  If there was a rating less than one star, they wouldn't even deserve that.
