I just had an installation(7/25) by LeafGuard out of Albany, N.Y. They have a quality product but it is expensive. 66 dollars a linear foot. 145 ft cost $9000. (76 ft Second story, and 69 ft Single story).Plus $400 Surcharge for 2hr travel time from Albany. Installation was very good, taking about 6 hours. Raymond, Ezra and Carlos are great guys and serious workers. LeafGuard is not the outfit you want if cost is your concern. A local contractor would save you thousands.

DID a very good job. How every I think I was charged way to much, They installed 70 feet of gutters and shields. I was charged over $7,000. Now between the internet and mail have received offers of both 15 and 25% and a $200 and $300 off plus a discount for military and age, I am 81 and retired military but was never told about the. Hung on me when I called.

I purchased the gutters system, and I do love it. The only down fall i have is when they were putting them up I overheard the guys talking and the one guy asked the other guy, why is this one way more than the other place that we just did that was much larger than this one. I feel I was way over charged now. It is a nice system but way to pricey to be over charged like I was. Very unfair about the pricing. So I suggest you do your homework before you buy. Saw a woman and took advantage of.

Poor communication and customer service.

We signed up for new gutters. They were supposed to be installed last week Wednesday; they came out with the wrong gutters. The next day they did not come as promised; the following day they did not come. They showed up Saturday unannounced and we were not home. They said they'd be back Saturday afternoon when we return. They did not come. Today is Monday and they have not communicated with us at all. Is this a scam? Will we still get our gutters or are we on the hook for a 5k loan? Update: they finally did install the gutters. It a 2 part process. First the gutters, then the leaf guard. The guy who installed the leaf guard was great. Professional, communicated well, and did a great job. The guys who installed the gutters were the opposite, but I'm understanding that they are not necessarily part of leaf guard, but just roofers hired for the job. Wish leaf guard had their own roofers because the subcontractors are not reliable.

We really liked the rep, Mitchell Ford. He was knowledgeable, friendly, well spoken and we learned much from him. However, $10,800 for 100ft of gutters (our house is 1234sq ft single story home) with downspouts and splash stone at the bottom was just cost prohibitive no matter how great they are. LeafGuard doesn't work if your roof has a valley. That corner always overflows in heavy rain. They installed a small protection barrier after I complained. That doesn't help either.
