LeafGuard Brand GuttersReviews of leafguard.com

A man came out to give us an estimate. West Deptford NJ. They were to start the next day. Well nobody came. My husband John made 5 phone calls to no avail. They left us hanging. He said “We’re the biggest company from Canada to California to Florida. That’s how we’re able to start the next day.” So basically he lied. Do not use this company. They are dishonest.

Total scam. Sales guy got frustrated when I said I would need to think about it because the quote was over 15 thousand dollars, the lowest price they eventually got down to was 6 thousand which is still crazy when I said I wouldn’t decide today he started aggressively packing his things and making snarky comments. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Have been trying since 2023 to get someone to come and see if I can get repairs. Have been told someone would come out. Did not. Told I would be called back. Did not. Have sent videos on several occasions with no response. Called company in Birmingham on July 21 of this year and was told someone would get in touch with me. Nothing. Lifetime warranty is a joke.

Issues with waterfalls. Blamed new roofs drip edge , pitch was holding water in gutters, pollen buildup, several excuses. Voided my warrenty. Wanted few more thousand to fix after billing $9,000.00. Another sad senior story.

I was sold a bill of goods! They are not maintenance free as they tell you! I just called after having the system over a year regarding debris build up and was told yes this happens and maintenance is required to clear it. Buyer Beware!!!! I am contacting the better busness bureau.

They promise you one thing they show you little videos that the material in the screen will be trapped. They don’t tell you about how they put them together and how they they don’t even put the right size in and the brackets and stuff and when you have them come out a couple of times they still ain’t got it right then they just say well we’ll get it. We know we’ll get it. We’ll get it fixed and we’ll know. We’ll know it never happens and when you call it’s just like you get runaround what’s your address? What is your name? What is your phone number? I said don’t you have all that information well like we have to verify so well you verified and I said you keep doing it and the price and stuff and want to get something resolved then the Top man at Lee Fielder they need to take care of. He needs to take care of it or maybe the Attorney General for Washington state will do it and hopefully Better Business Bureau will do something about it too.

When I first got the install 2yrs ago I inquired about paperwork, who to contact incase of any concerns and or any contracts. To this day with calls I have nothing. No inspection to ensure products were installed correctly. Nothing. Didn't have issuse with payment info. Currently I've been calling weekly because animals have been getting in the gutters. We've got bats, small lizards and birds and whatever inside. No one is reaching out for resolutions. I've had 2 missed appointments. No call on show. No calls for an estimate of time of arrival. Keep getting the run around. Someone will call you back shortly. No calls yet.

Contacted this company for help with inspecting one section of my gutters. One of their representatives said they could not help unless they would be replacing the gutters. Needed an inspection to determine the problem before committing to replacing one section. Based on my experience, they deserve "0" rating!
