Supposedly “Joe” made an apt with me via zoom the canceled abruptly and never got back to me. Seems like a scam with fake reviews.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused by the original appointment being canceled. The cancellation happened accidentally due to an administrative error, and because our team was unaware it had occurred, no explanation was provided at the time. We fully accept responsibility for that mistake. As soon as we became aware, I (Joe the CEO) personally called to apologize, explain what had happened, and reschedule the meeting. We also checked in before the new appointment, at which point you decided you no longer wished to proceed. We completely understand that the initial experience was disappointing. However, we spoke for approximately one minute and never had the opportunity to work together or provide any services. Therefore, this review does not reflect the quality of our work or the experiences shared by our genuine clients. We remain happy to discuss the matter directly and provide documentation confirming the above.
