The website is very informative and easy to navigate. However the customer service call was a very nice touch. Lela was able to answer any questions I head, and further explain the products I was interested in. It made my encounter very personal.

I was unable to place an order to Leading Edge Health either from the email they sent me or from their web page. I then called their 800 number and placed my order with a representative. She was very, very helpful and apologized for not being able to order online. She did a great job and I appreciated the great customer service she provided.
