It took 28 days to get in the mail what…
It took 28 days to get in the mail what I ordered from Leading Edge !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After calling them and complaining many times telling them that I hadn't recieved my order yet in the mail ,,, & for your information there are 28 exclaimation marks in this review in case you didn't count them 😏 ... And I didn't give the wrong zip code. It was a phone order. The sales person at Leading Edge typed the wrong zip code❗😵 Not Me Richard B. S.❕

the advertising for the products are effective
I'm not happy but I will give the products a full two months before I post anything else on these products.

Sorry to hear you are unsatisfied Jon. Please keep in mind as shown in the study it can take up to two months to achieve best results. You have only had these products for 4 days not even week??? This is a natural product and takes time to build in your system. It is not an instant cure that you take on demand such as a pharmaceutical. Also remember to use the full two months that we allow under the guarantee. You can use two months and if still not happy send back the empty boxes 67 days and any additional extra full boxes fora full refund. If you would like to try another product I can send you a 20% off coupon as well. Just contact customer service and I will be sure you get it.

The ordering process is great
The ordering process is great. However, the product was useless. Sorry guys it just didn’t work for me.

Well I think the products are good but…
Well I think the products are good but I ordered some of the 14X HGH a couple of weeks ago and I only live 4hrs from the warehouse but my products went clear to AZ and weren't going to arrive for at least 3 weeks then got completely lost so another order was supposedly shipped and I see no tracking for it? I order other health products from another company in the same town and they arrive in one to two days with regular shipping? I have several things I'm waiting for and who knows when I will get them? Very frustrating and they won't let me just come by and pick up my orders.

The last two 6 month purchases
Since my problems with the customer service, I have received an offer to find a solution and satisfy my needs. To update, the problem with the sprays was sorted out and a small gift enclosed for the inconvenience. I can say that management took care of it. My only complaint was follow up. The product itself is great. I have had some excellent results.

You can not cancel your order
I ordered 3 of vigrx Tongkat Ali and after one hour I requested to cancel my order but they did not accept. the support was replying to me directly and told me they can not cancel the order because of it's in the way but when I asked them about the tracking no , they did not reply to me and next day I received email that the order was shipped. spray bottles don't work
I ordered 4 kits. all 4 spray bottles were defective and did not spray. Months later i ordered another kit. That spray bottle did not work. Pretty annoying.
