The product I ordered was Nexus Pheromones. Although, I do like the cologne itself. The quality of the bottles, on the other hand, is inconsistent. Bottles came in leaking, evaporating, almost half empty... The emptiness tells me the liquid is evaporating/leaking from the screw top. When I brought the issue to customer service, I sent pictures of what was received. The response was that they meticulously measured the missing content and replaced the exact missing amount without considering the lack of quality causing the issue. The screw caps are still loose due to a lack of quality. Not the way a company should do business, and do not be surprised if you open the product to find leaking or empty cologne content. Just deliver what the customer orders. If the shipping is causing this, change it. Bottle quality is no good; change it. Customer service is below average.

Placed an order, a few days later was cancelled and refunded with no explanation why (and short changed over $20 due to exchange rate had changed) Dodgy company, will avoid and recommend others to avoid in the future. Has answered yet still doesn't address any of the issues I have mentioned. There was zero issue with my payments anytime, they were all issued through PayPal. Unsure what you are talking about "last time" as this is the first time I've ever ordered. As mentioned zero emails and short changed the refund, avoid.

This company has a 67 day return policy. I returned the exact amount I was supposed to and followed protocol. The company is saying I did not return the full amount when I in fact did. 2 boxes returned full out of the 4. They are claiming I returned only 1. This is not true and I wouldnt lie over $34. The reps did nothing to assist and insisted I didnt return all the packages when I truly did. The management was rude and said "I didnt even know the return policy when I called" I told him yes hes right and I asked what it was during that inquiry. Just horrible customer service all around. I've never had a company A. Speak to me like that, and B. Be so petty over 34$ and be so misleading. I'm in customer service and would never conduct myself in that fashion with clients. Completely unprofessional.

This product is made weaker and does not work. Have been taking for 3 months with zero progress.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Product was meant to arrive between 2-4 days. It is day 11 and the product has not even been shipped. Worse than this my multiple emails with my order number etc. on them have been ignored. The best I have received is an auto generated response. No response via Facebook either. I would question not only the legitimacy of the rest of these reviews but the legitimacy of the company. *Edit and update. It is now 1 month longer since ordering I have sent multiple emails to the support team and always get a response from the same guy saying the same thing "you just have to wait", really what kind of customer service is this. I have requested a full refund in writing 3 times and all I get told is that it will come, they can't tell me when, just that I have to wait. Do not do it to yourself. Do not order from this company. The response on this page states that I will get a refund on my shipping however customer service tells me that I won't because they do not control the shipping.

This review is for MAXODERM INSTANT MALE ENHANCEMENT: Money back guaranteed for unsatisfied customer, yeah right! That never happened. It came without a box and dirty. I don’t want to use the product coz I want to return it because the expiration is in less than 4 months. They offer me discounts on next product instead. I requested a trade for a new one and I will return the product they counter it by adding a free one on my next purchase. I let it slip, so I opened it and use the product Maxoderm Instant Male Enhancement, guess what? The texture is like an old lotion that’s gonna dry up, it’s color white and yuck the texture is so thick and sticky, I don't think it’s supposed to be like that, and ofcourse it didn’t work, you can’t feel any sensation so I compared it to the others that I ordered that will expire in 2022, they are nice fluid like texture and you can feel the coolness and effect. This MaxoDerm Instant Male Enhancement is not effective, I can’t tell maybe just the one that was sent to me that will expire in less than 4 months. It is expensive, I can’t return it, I didn’t get a refund, I threw it in the trash just like my money.

I started this product in the blind and it seemed to work after about a week. For the next 2 or so months I relied on its effective ability. After that it began to wane and have not returned to anything different since I began its use.
