I recieved half my product and the other half at a later date. Don't know why it was split. Never heard or recieved anything. Emailed and was told its being dealt with. Had a shipment payment which I queried with leading edge wasn't stated I would have to pay but I did and sent a copy to company. They now deny never paid it and cancelled my. delivery.

Haven’t received my package once again just send me my money back

If I could give this company no stars I would. I placed an order, it said it was delivered and I didn’t receive it. So they “sent me another one” same thing said it was delivered and never got it. I called customer service explained what happened and she acted all concerned and then hung up on me. I call again thankfully the second lady set up a refund for me, not having high hopes I’ll actually get it. This is a scam save your money.

Did not receive my full order. Then when I reached out to explain the sales rep tried to upsell me more products. Get my original orderfucking right and then we will talk. Still missing two bottles of Semenex. Figure it out.

You doubled my order and charged me twice.

This company is one of the biggest scams I’ve ever seen with horrible customer service. I placed two orders, only one was shipped. The company gave both orders the same tracking number so that it looks like both were shipped when they weren’t. I notified customer service about this with photographic evidence and no resolution or attempt at correcting whatsoever. So, now I’m out $200 with no product. Don’t waste your time trying to call either, the customer service line doesn’t even work. I’d give zero stars if I could.

My order was placed and 2-3 shipping was selected. Bring my total to about 85 bucks. The package was suppose to arrive by Friday and never did. Customer service was contacted on Saturday afternoon informing them of the issue. I was informed that the package was only one day late and that shipping is out of there control. The company tried to make the issues seem as if it wasn't a big enough concern and asked to be notified if the package didn't arrive by Sunday. Which it did not. At this time the package was already 2 days late. When customer service was contacted again they once again made the situation seem as if it was not there fault. It was explained to them that other companies use the same shipping partner they do and that I have never had any issues with my packages being late. After I threaten legal action and speaking to a supervisor that customer service gave me back my money for shipping. Which the product arrived late Monday so a 2-3 delivery turned into a standard delivery. I will not be doing business with this company anymore. This was the second time this has happen. If this is the way do business then I will take my business elsewhere.

Placed an order 8/28/21 from Russia, where I currently reside. Contacted company 9/22/21 when package was still not delivered. Was told by company that package was at local post office. Went to local post office and was told package was “in Germany” but no tracking number. Was told 9/27/21 that package had arrived 9/12/21 was was delayed d/t “customs reviews.” Was told to contact company by 10/4/21. Contacted them 10/5/21. Still no order. Was told probably delayed in customs and wait until 10/15/21! It is obvious they have no idea about my order and are hoping I’ll just go away. I have received other international mail with NO inordinate delays “for customs.” The TRUE test of a reputable company is their behavior when there is a PROBLEM and they have failed miserably. I’ve had previous good service with them but if this can happen to me, then it can happen to YOU. I will never do business with them again.
