Great customer service. highly recommend.

Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Since switching to Leaders Merchant Services our company has seen better results - fewer billing disputes and lower rates. The people in their customer service department return our calls and emails promptly. The few times they didn’t have an answer for me, they followed up and were very professional. The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I’ve had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.
