Clear instructions provided and charitable angle was fantastic for bonding!

We did this at my Leadership Summit and brought in Easter Seals to participate with us, who also took the bears to be given to the children of Veterans. We did the event ourselves, and it was very easy and fun to do. The team loved it the team-building + giving back combo and found it extremely meaningful.

Our host for this event, Rebecca, did an incredible job! I thought everyone who participated thought this was a very engaging and fun event to be a part of. Rebecca did a great job of reinforcing key team-work principles that we can all embed in our day-to-day workstreams. We also appreciated having the opportunity to give back to the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton, NJ and can not thank you enough for providing this event for us!

This was an absolutely amazing event from the planning stage through execution. The communication was great leading up to the event, and our host Kelsey was fantastic and kept all of the employees laughing,engaged and working together. This was a big success, and we got to give back to the Atlanta Children’s Shelter.

What an amazing experience! Toby did a fabulous job energizing our group. We had a lot of laughs and a lot of fun while giving back to our communities. What an experience!

While cancelled flights caused us to be late starting our program, all in all my team really enjoyed the exercise in teamwork and of course the opportunity to give the bikes to the children in the end,

Amy's ability to engage and motivate our team was truly impressive, and we received numerous positive comments from our team members about how much they enjoyed the session, some even said it was the BEST team building event they’ve ever participated in! PLUS having the kids from the Boys and Girls Club join to receive the bikes in person was so meaningful and we are grateful for the opportunity to give back to the local community. We look forward to working with The Leaders Institute again in the future!
