LeadDynoReviews of leaddyno.com

Prompt email service with prompt solutions. I was impressed how fast my request was resolved. I will be honest in the beginning I was struggling with set ups as I got used to "call someone and ask" and here I had to figure out how everything works. When I discovered and email support I changed my opinion on LeadDyno :)))

Leaddyno was my choice out of 2 platforms I was looking at to add to my business and I couldn't be happier! A simple feature-rich layout just the way it should be. The other option had too many buttons and switches and was confusing. Definitely sticking to LeadDyno!

LeadDyno has been very accommodating to our specific use-case, which is a bit outside their norm. This demonstrates that they are agile and willing to earn your business - hard to find in software companies these days.

Leaddyno has provided reliable service for our business for years now. Everything just simply works as it is intended to. Support always replies within the given time frame and continually does all they can to help. Our company has seen success based on our affiliates and Leaddyno is a part of that success.

I used Lead Dyno to generate links for an affiliate launch I was doing. I was very happy with their services. The set up was super simple and easy to do. The customer service was outstanding. When we had questions they got back to us right away and were thorough with their response. I definitely recommend them!

I followed LeadDyno documentation to setup custom domain name for our affiliate link, but it did not work for me. The documentation is thorough. I am not super experienced in DNS settings, so clearly I was doing something wrong. When I reached out to LeadDyno support, Marcel from their team contacted me with detailed instructions on how to fix the issue. It turns out that I did not set the DNS settings correctly and Marcel patiently explained what I needed to do and walked me through the process and it is working now. For a small business like ours, support like this is priceless. Also, their one on one 15-minute consultation calls (with Justin) really helped me get a handle on setting up affiliates and their payment strategies. For anyone thinking about enabling affiliates on their websites, I highly recommend LeadDyno. I tested other affiliate apps and LeadDyno won me over with their features/ease of use. I am staying for their customer service and consultation. Thank you LeadDyno team. Keep up the good work. InternalCleanse.com

Awful support, fake live chat profiles pretend to help and promise replies to my support request that never arrive.

Customer service is a joke. The live chat was in a hurry to end the conversation and pass me off to an uninformative FAQ page, then passed me off to a rep for a phone call that I had to schedule. Once I got on the phone and reexplained my question that rep couldn't help me and passed me off to a 3rd person. I was literally asking a question about how their platform works. In the last 30 days, we're paying for the highest traffic package. If their treating their biggest customers like this, I wonder how they're treating the little guys?
