New powder taste metallic. Disgusting. I can’t even drink it!! They were no help at all. I thought I was buying the powder I use to drink years ago that tasted great. Now I have 3 boxes of powder mixes I can’t stomach to drink!

Customer service is the worst. Returns are nonexistent and good luck trying to talk to a human being. Their product made me itch all over. Asked for a refund for an unopened product and they told me to open it for the lot number then said they could only refund me 50% now that it is opened. So dumb. It’s painful to deal with this company.

I lived this product. Had to stop using it over 2 yrs ago cause the price went sky rocket. Was looking at getting again but the cost of a 30 day supply almost doubled. It's a shame since I was taking it for many years.

Unfortunately, the number posted won't give you a live person to speak to. It is a support ticket by email only. I tried to cancel my auto-ship the day it was processing (not shipped yet). I was told I couldn't the day of but could return the product. I understand that, however, I asked to update the shipping address because I just moved. I was told they could not update the address even though it had not been processed and shipped yet. I told them that I couldn't return an item if I didn't receive it, but they still refused to update the address. Just save your $300, not worth the hassle.

I have been using the Thrive Le-Vel products for 6 years and love them! The three step system works! I have more energy, better cognitive function, and there’s no jitters or anything like that! It is a bit on the pricey side, but it’s worth it to anybody ready to make a healthy lifestyle change. I would’ve gave them 10 starts if I could!
