Loving Cats WorldwideReviews of lcwwgroup.com

Fraudulent reviews, buyers beware! The LCWWgroup.com score was only ☆☆ from 49 reviews on Thursday 20 March 2025 Mr Steven Meserve of Loving Cats Worldwide has repeatedly posted on his Facebook page recruiting his fans to write reviews to raise his score on Trustpilot and other sites. Mr Steven Meserve requests are not fair, neutral and unbiased This abuse and misuse of power to influence reveiws is alarming and must cease! Now many of the reviews on Trustpilot are from fans that have never physically paid for and/or attended any Loving Cats WorldWide events/shows. As LCWWgroup.com has not hosted any events/shows in Australia, these reviews are all misleading and Irrelevant; abet fraudulent! Mr Merserve was a guest judge in 2024 of the Australian Cat Allience Inc - ancats.com.au Ancats deemed it necessary to issue a statement on their Fb page: /australiannationalcats/ regarding LCWWgroup.com and Steven Meserve. I have already reported this to Trustpilot's Content Integrity Team waiting their review process. i urge others if they feel the same to also directly submit evidence of misuse or abuse. I have met Mr Steven Meserve; I entered a show, he judged my cat and we briefly chatted after. He seemed nice; very genuine but later i felt harassed by Mr Meserve and also by his mother, Mrs Mary Meserve as they kept contacting me for 'sponsorship' (money). This was so rude and made me very uncomfortable. Be prepared as this could happen to you too! Just because this review is negative, that doesn’t mean it’s defamatory. Do not attempt to have this review removed as I have the evidence of these allegations.

My 12 year old daughter was really looking forward to her first cat show. Then they changed the event date and then cancelled at the last minute. Very aggressive and rude response to refund requests. Just read the responses to the poor reviews here to see the type of people running this! Appalling. Update after. LCWW reply: “To say this is a scam is not true at all” I didn’t actually say that, but if the cap fits… You’ve clearly not read my review and just copied and pasted this passive aggressive rude generic response. I did not state that I never received any information about the cancellation of the show, just that it was such short notice when I did receive notification (less than 5 days). No I have still not received a refund but have asked my bank to process this for me instead.

Unfortunately I’m one of those who never received my refund. They kept answering my refund requests with their refund policy that kept changing. I hope justice is swift and those responsible get what they deserve and the company gets shut down.

SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

What event is everyone reviewing for today ? London was only one planned start time 3pm, I wanted to go to today as it's my 50th birthday but it was cancelled.... please don't tell me it was on and I've missed it ?

I’ve been to one show and honestly would not go to another. I was not comfortable with the way the cats were handled. They were held above heads, twisted around like a toy and paraded around for entertainment. I have been to various other cat show organisations of various formats and have never witnessed anyone else treating the animals like this! Speaking to a few of the vendors, the prices they had to pay for a pitch were outrageous! Going into the triple digits! Overall the event felt uncomfortable and was absolutely promising more than it delivered.

On 3 January 2025 I bought two all-weekend tickets for the "CATstravaganza" event in Belfast to be held on 18-19 January 2025. The CATch was although the website advertised the dates as 18-19 January AND the title of the confirmation email had 18-19 January as the date, buried within the body of the email the dates were given as July 19-20, 2025 which I did not notice. Who would notice such a thing when the website said January and the email title said January? I did not receive any other indication that the event was not going ahead as planned. I found out from an unrelated Facebook page that the event had been rescheduled. I posted a complaint on the LCWW Facebook page and although LCWW contacted me directly I eventually decided I would rather have a refund of the cost than have anything more to do with LCWW. I was promised the refund by end of January. No refund arrived. I contacted the email address again mid February. No reply. Finally I raised a Chargeback request (or dispute) as there was a clear case here of promised refund not delivered. They had five weeks beyond the end of January to send the refund or even communicate why it had not been sent as promised and they did not. PLEASE if you have been told you would receive a refund and then been ghosted, know your rights! Raise a dispute with the bank that issued the card you made your payment on. They can get the money back in your account and the bank will chase it with LCWW. This business is happy to hold on to your money rather than refund it, even when promised. The LCWW organiser, turned up on the Cat Rescue Facebook page where I had advised other disappointed cat-fans how to proceed. Several people turned up at the venue in Belfast on the weekend in January - they had booked trains and accomodation because they too did not receive any notice of the date change. The LCWW organiser justified LCWWs errors and blamed the victims. Not a very good look. Those comments have since been deleted. The poor reviews here on Trust Pilot must be stinging the company. The organiser has posted messages on his Facebook group pleading for positive reviews and says "I do apologize for the rescheduling and cancelling of the last few events, but we are all working hard to respond to everyone and make it right and refunds are always given in line with our long standing refund policy” This does not tie in with my experience and the experience of others here. Look at the replies LCWW has made to the negative reviewers here. The language is petulant and self-serving. Not a good look. Thanks for reading.

Keep changing the venue dates, not refunding our money back. Hes a toxic cruel man who is only a scammer, he doesnt deserve his platform, he will only manipulate it as proven with what hes done to everyone around him
