Hi Stephen.The awards were finally just sent to someone that can get the awards to the USA. They were being held in Stoke until legal proceedings started. This was at no fault to LCWW. You know exactly what happened. Please don't spread lies....I am sure you know what happens legally.

There were 10 emails sent to the email address you bought tickets with. We sent 5 newsletters as well. I would take a look in your spam. Also, if you bought tickets with apple or google pay, you might want to check that email as well. We are so sorry to read this and that is a toltal bad experience. We have been around for over 10 years and produced 100s of events all over the world. In the rare instance that an event is moved or cancelled we either move you to the new date or refund you. This is all in line with the refund policy which is all over the website and you do agree to it when you purchase tickets. We even allow you to exchange tickets for you if cannot come to the event if your plans change. To say this this is a scam, is not true at all.
