Ghosted Me
This Company has yet to answer three emails regarding my order. They took my order, took the funds out of my account, and now I've yet to receive any communication from them at all. No label printed, no email regarding my account or if the item has ever shipped. Nothing. They took my money, and just ghosted me. As of today, 01/20, I have to go through all the hassle of disputing this with my financial institution. These people are not a good place to buy your metals from. Stay with the Big Boys, and you won't get ripped off.

Absolutely a FALSE claim. Customer placed his order on Jan 17th and emailed us this morning Jan 19th, belligerent demanding his order to be shipped. We answered immediately and we tried to explain we ship within 3-5 business days and it’s only been 2 business days since he placed his order, but he was not reasonable. We canceled and refunded the customer’s order within 10 min of his 2nd email and responded to every email and have proof. We are family owned and operated and take pride in our customers and our business. Btw, today is the 19th, NOT the 20th, so another lie.
