The customer service here was fabulous. A personal phone call resolved an issue, and it was not even their fault. The recipients of the gifts loved them. I have already placed another order with them, and will do so again.

Terrible customer service. After returning a product 2 months ago we never received a refund. They admit that they may have lost it and have yet to return our money. Not only that, they also chose to respond with a belittling attitude. We will never purchase from here again and will be sure to let family and friends to know the same.

Simon, a lost return and no refund is frustrating, and we're sorry you went through that. Canadian orders and returns at the time went through LazyOne Canada, a separate sister company that shared our designs and has since closed. If your purchase was from lazyone.com, please contact [email protected] with your order number and we'll check on it.

if I could rate this company a zero I would. poor quality and no one will.get back to me. I will never purchase from this company again..

Hi Andrea, we're sorry nobody got back to you. That's not the experience we want anyone to have. Back then LazyOne Canada was a sister company with its own customer service; apart from sharing designs, it had no direct ties to us in the US, and it's no longer operating. If we can help with a lazyone.com order, write to [email protected].

Poor customer service both at store and via email. No return policy is ridiculous and I had not been informed of this when purchasing the product, and a small note on the monitor is not suffice, you should be verbally told when purchasing, as I never would have bought something without the possibility of return. The pjs ended up being way to big for my children (who are 6 and 8) and I bought the size 6, but the size 4 is too short, and the elastic is not really elastic. Extremely disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

We're sorry the sizing didn't work out and that the no-return policy wasn't made clear at checkout. The Canadian stores were operated by LazyOne Canada, a sister company that carried our designs but set its own policies; it has since gone out of business. Thank you for the feedback on sizing and elastic.

Easy to order, timely shipping, cute children’s pjs and good quality fabric. Only issue... thankfully ordered one size bigger for all three children. Would not have fit otherwise.

Was such a cute new onesie when purchased, worn three times for a few hours each evening and already the cloth has "runs" Mine fits big, has not been in the dryer, no excuse. Over exaggerated 1st world pj company, thought it was canadian made, but nope, it's crap.
Response from Lazy OneOct 19, 2026
Lorrie, we're sorry your onesie started running after just a few wears. That's disappointing. If you bought it in Canada, it came through LazyOne Canada, a sister company that shared our designs but was otherwise independent and is now closed. If it was a lazyone.com purchase, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll make it right.

Terrible return policy, unhappy customer for sure, will NEVER order from them again, I've been ordering for our kids from Lazyones four years in a row now and have spend a lot of money with this company. FIrst time ever I'm trying to return something and it turns into a fiasco. You guys should try to be more flexible especially to old customers, it's a good business policy. Lost me as a customer for sure.

Elsje, thank you for four years of shopping with LazyOne, and we're sorry your first return turned into such a hassle. Canadian orders were handled by LazyOne Canada, a sister company with its own return policy, and it is no longer in business. If you ever order from lazyone.com, our team at [email protected] is glad to help.

Bought three pairs of their pjs and I love them all. So comfy and so cute. They was a little long on the pants (I'm 5'4") but big deal, it's not like I'm wearing them trekking around outside! Will buy from again!
