This Place is $15 dollars per hour parking we went to Limoncello restaurant and stays there for less than two hours for dinner and I paid $30 dollars for less than two hours parking I would never go back here anymore This is Doral downtown experience

The single worst experience I’ve ever had. I pray to god that lax parking goes bankrupt and stops operations. One week after having my firstborn child I go back to work, I eat my lunch in a parking lot for 57 min then go back to work…. 3 months later lazparking sends me a letter in the mail saying I parked without paying and it’ll be $107 for my 57 min after I disputed the charge and said I didn’t know I needed to pay no signs posted and the lot wasn’t blocked off. They apologized for misunderstanding and gave me a $5 discount on a $107 ticket. I got upset and said no I just had a baby I just went back to work I can’t afford this and they said that’s all they can go. So I had to pay the ticket so they didn’t send me to collections. I got raped by laz parking it’s $2 a min I paid $102 after my $5 discount because I used an empty parking space on a parking lot with NO SIGNS…… I’m furious why did it take them 3 MONTHS to mail me my ticket? Are they scrubbing through old camera footage so they can’t catch people are they THAT BROKE than you NEEED my money?!?! It’s absolutely pathetic and extremely ridiculous to charge $107 for 57 min on soemthing that happened 3 months ago. But that’s laz parking for you they love being a worthless POS they love taking advantage of people and stealing money

I hate this company from all of my heart. Please stay away!! I came to my gym session last week and tried to come back very fast so I won’t pay for 2 hour which cost $12. I should have to pay only $5! I came after 47 minutes like this and ask the parking attendant in advance if they accept Apple pay! She said yes we do! So I came downstairs and she said oh this doesn’t work, so you should pay now with card. I said I haven’t got any physical card with me and she said I’m sorry I don’t know what to do!! After a long discussion she decided to call to her manager and she allowed to pay an applepay after 20 minutes! I’m paid for another hour just because of their broken system!! Please stay away fr this company, they scam people and just steal your money!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE. LAZ parking reservation system and app is fraudulent. When you park overnight for 24 hours, the parking app automatically terminates your permit at 1.00 am next day and you will receive a parking violation notice for $102. If you don't pay they will send you attorney notice threatening to send you collection agency. LAZparking has no customer service. They will not respond to any email or phone calls even during business hours if you want to dispute anything with proof of payment. LAZ parking management has the culture of looting people as much as they can through hook or crook.

Don’t stay here! Absolute Trap: 212 Milam, Houstin, Tx. If you park at this 212 Milam St. lot and use the LAZ app, make sure you do not go over your time by even one single minute. They use automated tracking cameras to log your exit, and if you overstay at all, they will mail you a massive bill that costs 25 to 30 times the actual price you paid on the app. Instead of just charging a reasonable prorated fee for the extra time, they issue extortionate "non-compliance" penalties. Save yourself the massive headache and park somewhere else.

When my wife, our friend, and I arrived at Maison Chinoise in Houston, TX, the valet service was great. Each of us was greeted, and our doors were opened as we got out of the car. Unfortunately, our experience on the way out was completely different. I requested my car through the app before leaving the restaurant and even left the tip in advance. When we arrived at the valet stand, we waited for a very long time. Even though several valet attendants were standing there, not a single one approached us to ask if we were waiting for a vehicle. I finally had to walk over myself and show them the app. The employee I spoke with was not friendly and seemed annoyed while trying to locate my request. Even after finding it, it still took a long time for my car to arrive. What disappointed me even more was that I watched the attendants open car doors for other guests, but no one offered to open the doors for the ladies with me. This was my first and last time tipping through the app. I will hand over the tip.

My husband and I took a trip to New Buffalo, MI and wanted to try a local restaurant. Parking downtown is tricky on weekends but we found a public lot with some open spots. We used the self-pay QR code, which required we use a digital form of payment and input our contact info. We finished the transaction, got the emailed receipt and headed to lunch. We ran about 30 mins past the 2 hour timeframe so I watched for an email asking for additional payment. Instead, the next day I got a "thanks for parking with us. Here's your $30 giftcard" email. At that point I figured we were square, moved the receipt to my inbox trash and went on with my life. Then 10 days later we got a mailed parking violation for $107 on our $12.59 parking spot! I spent 2.5 hours over 2 days on the phone trying to contact them and when I finally got an agent, I was told that I paid for 2 hours and should have read the fine print. I told the rep I was more than happy to not only pay the $3.15 I owe them for the extra half hour, but I'd even happily pay a reasonable fine for my overage. I was told that's not an option, but they'd be willing to lower the fine to $87 which is still almost 30x what I actually owe them. I asked for a supervisor and was told they wouldn't tell me anything differently. I'm awaiting a call back but this company is predatory and needs to be investigated. Do NOT park in their lots!

I use the Pike Parking lot all the time to go the gym. I arrive around 4:56 a.m. and leave before the 2-hour validation expires. The validation didn't work although the gym machine said successfully validated, but had to pay for 2 hours of parking. In trying to get help at the exit, it went unattended. Contacted the city of Long Beach parking and LAZ Parking and no response. A terrible business!
