Beware of parking at any LAP parking lots in Phoenix! We parked for a Shen Yun play we arrived late so we had a very hard time finding parking downtown Phoenix. So we parked in the LAZ parking lot on 5th Avenue and Adams. The machine to pay did not work because we had never parked there we asked the parking attended what to do? There were others standing in the lot trying to pay as well. We were instructed to scan the QR Code on the sign the sight would not take the payment so my son used his card and made the $30 pmt for 1 hr Parking once you pay they will still give you a ticket!

Website lists garages in NYC that have EV chargers. What they don’t list is the fact that the chargers are RESERVED for monthly and subscription customers. Luckily I had enough mileage to make to a 350kw charger on my way home. Do not tell the EV driving public you have 2 level two fast chargers when you have only one and it is reserved for monthly/subscription customers. If you drive an EV and are not a monthly/subscription customer - stay away from LAZ Parking.

It took me and two attendants 30 minutes to navigate the LAZ app, which they would only accept for payment. Their QR code didn't work, so I had to get the app, fill out the profile, fill out the payment form, etc. etc. I was made late for an event. Everywhere I go, it's a simple credit card transaction, and takes a few minutes at most.

We thought we'd get a jump on parking by purchasing the LAZ scan for parking for our daughter's graduation, May 21. When we arrived at the entrance, the scan didn't work! So we paid to enter and have written many emails and even a letter to the CEO about our dissatisfaction. No response was given. Save your money, go somewhere else.
