The parking employee was supposed to jump start my car but placed the wrong clamps on the plus/minus.
They refused to pay the damage that he caused to my car and now I have to take them to small claims court.

Too much trouble
I’m in the middle of trying to get a refund when the app charged me 4x for one spot. I won’t use this app again.

Buyer Beware…
I used this lot because it appears secure and is very convenient for border access. I parked for 6.5 hours during daylight hours. For peace of mind I parked close to the entry booth so the attendant could see my vehicle.
So I was very shocked to see that 2 windows were broken out and the vehicle vandalized on my return to pick it up. I contacted management but they just pointed out their no liability policy. When I pressed the point they offered my fee back, but they never returned even that. My opinion is that given the apparent volume of business and the prevalence of crime (their words) that they are being negligent in not keeping a security guard onsite. I will not park here again.

This Company is Does Not Care
I usually don’t write negative reviews for companies or establishments because, ultimately, at the end of the day, the people working there are doing their best and are just trying to get through. However, my experience demonstrates systematic failures in almost all interactions with this company, as well as a genuine lack of concern about my safety, that I feel it is important to speak out.
I parked in this parking garage after the original garage I planned on parking in was closed. Nowhere did it state when this garage closed or its hours. Usually, if a garage is not 24 hours, there are large signs indicating what time it closes and/or says so on the ticket.
When we returned to the garage hours later after spending a wonderful day in the city, the garage was closed. Only then on the BUILDING itself, in small lettering that you could not see from a car itself, did we see that the garage closed at 7 pm. At this point, it’s 9:30 pm. It’s dark. I’m with my mom is a city with no means of transportation to get home. I see that I can call to get someone to come to open the garage for a $50 service fee, and I call to bite the bullet and own up to my mistake. I call twice, once to log that I need someone to come to open the garage and let us. They never give me a timeframe about when this will occur and in my frazzled state, I forget to ask, which is why I called back the second time. I tell the dispatcher I feel unsafe and that we are just standing outside a closed parking garage after dark. And they tell me that they are unable to give me a timeframe for when someone will even get in contact me with an estimate to get my car out of the garage, but they put my concerns into a note for the on call individual. I contact my husband to let him know and he asks me for the their number. IT IS ONLY WHEN MY HUSBAND CALLS that they give him a timeframe: 15-20 minutes. This means that they were able to tell me the entire time, but refused. They did not care that I felt uncomfortable or unsafe.
Some may say that it is my responsibility to check the hours of this garage, and that is a fair point. I should have checked the hours once I parked. However, I do feel like it is the responsibility of the garage itself to post those hours someplace where individuals can see them. A tiny sign on a building when you are driving into the garage is not going to be seen from the car itself. We also learned later that the hours are posted at the pay station, again in tiny letters. You do not go to the pay station until you are ready to leave and the hours on Google are also incorrect. So while I should have checked the hours, and have learned a lesson regarding this, across the board, the company did not do its due diligence to me as a consumer.
After we wait for 20 minutes, someone calls. I’m ecstatic because we’re one step closer to getting my car. However those dreams are dashed as quickly as they start. The person on the phone tells us that they are new and they do not have a key card to open the doors. They can’t help us and that we should just hang around the garage on the chance that the garage door opens. This was infuriating. They could not tell us when the garage would open the next morning and the lack of concern for our safety, yet again was astounding. This person didn’t clearly knew they needed a key card when they started, and yet, he didn’t have it and wasn’t concerned about the fact that again, we have no place to go. They just simply tell us good luck and they hope we figure it out.
My mom and I then try to make a plan. There are ride shares in the area or we could get my husband to pick us up. After some planning, we are about to call my husband when the garage door magically opens. Someone is leaving. We stop them and tell them of our situation and it is only then, through the kindness of this stranger, that we are able to leave this building with our car. To that person, you are an angel and I cannot thank you enough for helping us in our time of need.
At every point, this company did not care about the fact that I felt unsafe and left us stranded. This company clearly is broken, ineffective, and lacks basic decency. Every person I interacted with did not do a single thing to help, even though with the lack of signage, this must be a common occurrence. This is more than about my circumstances: it is about how this company only care for profits and not for the people it is supposed to be serving. This is a terrible company and do yourself a favor and never park in their garages, or else you may find yourself in a similar position.

Terrible!!!! Don't even deserve 1 star!
I bought a ticket for my daughter to park at the Queens Crossing garage so she could attend the Ateez show at Citi Field. She was told she could get her car by 11:30 OR ONE HOUR after the event ended. The event went longer than usual because it was delayed due to heavy rain. When she left Citi Field, right after the end, the garage was closed and no one was there to let her get her car!! She drove 4 hours, from New Hampshire, by herself to see that concert, and she is only 25 years old. Because of their deceitful practices, she was put into a very dangerous situation for a young girl all alone in an unfamilar city at 1 AM! Not to mention she had to call me and her father and wake us up to try to figure out what to do... I am beside myself! She had to stay in a hotel and then the next morning they charged her extra money because her car was there overnight when THEY kept it hostage! Do not use their garages!!!

If I could give a negative star I…
If I could give a negative star I would. I paid for parking. A month later I get a letter saying that I didn't pay. I contacted the company multiple times with evidence that the transaction was taken from my bank account and a confirmation email from the company was sent to me at the time of my payment. A month after that they said that I 'parked in the wrong lot' which is absolutely false. Please be very careful when parking in one of their lots and take photographic evidence or your payment as well as the address of the lot. They still refuse to back down and are demanding a $100 fee on top of the $15 I paid to park there for less than a hour.

Company doesn't care
Had to double pay because their app wasn't working when I tried to leave lot, bought ticket again in person. Customer service took a month before telling me they wouldn't reimburse. Provided receipts both transactions for the same lot too.
