Slowest parking lot in the history of time. We waited more than 30 minutes while other people who came after us got their cars sooner.

Avoid parking in a LAZ Parking facility at all cost. They contract with a 3rd party company called PRRS for collections if you are late getting back to your car. Your fine will be excessive and predatory and they do not negotiate. This is a sleazy and unprofessional company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

NYC-180 Riverside Blvd. Stay away! This is the worst monthly parking facility I ever experienced. Disorganized management, rude rude rude employees, unresponsive upper management. It was so bad I left 2 weeks before my month was up and before my car got wrecked like I have now read in other reviews. I rather pay more $ than be in a LAZ lot. That’s how bad.

THEY ADVERTISE ONE PRICE & DOUBLE THAT IS CHARGED ON YOUR CARD ! they don't care .. they have all these other companies selling it for them who charge another 35-40 dollars and they're good with that.. they are laughing at us .. i've read there's alot of breaking into cars on their lots too .. and they also don't care then .. the owner sits at home counting his money with his family doesn't care about you .. they act all innocent like they don't know lol

Former Employee. Worked for them earlier this year. Management and HR were incompetent, as they created a massive disconnect to their employees. Witnessed a friend of mine get verbally assaulted and accused of doing something that he never did.H.R failed to protect this person from this which led to a resentment toward this company as the innocent person was a victim of a hate crime..New H.R person starts showing her agenda by shoving DEI and LGBTQ down our throats.It was a horrendous expirience to work there.

Reverse parking citation is a scam

Parked in their lot for a falcons game and apparently they closed the lot and after the game we were all locked in the lot because they LAZ forgot to reopen the lot. We waited 40 mins.
