It has been more than 10 days that I ordered purse and have not received. Have tried to call you but busy signal. Tried to track order but Fed ex has not received item. This has made me feel that company is a little shady. This item was going to be a birthday gift and due to the delay I will need to Substitute. Very disappointed ☹️

This beautiful leather tote smells so good and is stunning. I’m so glad I took a chance in ordering from this site. It took a full month to be delivered but I am well pleased with this product. I will be ordering all of my bags from here! Love! Love! Love it!

I have to say that when I contacted Lazzbross, they responded pretty fast, considering the time zone differences. They also worked with me on finding an item that was instock. The Chanel bag arrived today and looks exactly as the pictures show. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it took almost one month to recieve the bag. Otherwise, I would recommend purchasing from them
