I’ve never heard of this company before but found out through reviews they are a travel agency that helps make things affordable through payments. I was hesitant as I was planning a trip for my wedding and trying to make things a little easier to afford instead of paying all at once. Reviews said it was good but who can trust those. I tried it anyway, and they pulled through. I even missed my last payment and all they did was reschedule it to be pulled a day or two later. Emailing customer service was easy as they replied the next business day. I even got my ticket info in the form of an airline code the day the final payment was taken. This allowed me to go to the airlines website and check our tickets and pick our seats. I’m all set to thanks these guys!! Laytrip is amazing and rock and I will use them again!

This company made it easy to book a flight & make small payments. I had one issue with a price difference due to some flight schedule changes & Laytrip did the right thing & made it right & refunded me the difference. Laytrip is an amazing program that makes travel truly affordable! Not many people can afford to travel with the price of living right now, but utilizing Laytrip is a FANTASTIC option. I booked two tickets from Chicago to Manila, and Dasha at Laytrip helped me every step of the way to make sure I knew what I needed to do and what to expect. I recently used Laytrip for a flight from Miami to San Juan, P.R. First of all I tried to pay off the balance early, but was not able to. Then when the balance was paid off and I received my confirmation information, the flight times had been changed, so I called the airlines and was told I would need to pay an added fee to change the flight times back to the flight times I originally requested. I sent several emails to the customer service at Laytrip wanting an explanation as to why the flight times for my flights had been changed. There was no response for such a question. Ultimately Laytrip did get back to me, the issue wasn't with Laytrip, it was the Airline Frontier which had switched the flight times of my departure and arrival times significantly. I still don't know how I am going to manage this. I just wanted to correct my initial assumption. Laytrip provided their service as promised.
