I had a totally successful and enjoyable transaction with LAXRide on my recent trip to Miami. Their price is excellent, their value is great, and their driver was prompt, careful and pleasant on my 1-1/2 hr journey. Later in my trip the train I was on malfunctioned, leaving me suddenly stranded 50 miles north of my Miami Airport desrtination. Not only did LAXRide quickly dispatch a ride to me - within 10 minutes withour prior booking! - that driver was also curteous and careful, and got me to my destination with plenty of time to spare. I and my family WILL certainly use LAXRide again and again.

I was a little skeptical about this company because there weren't a lot of online reviews. Also their website seemed too easy to set up and get booked. lol... I went ahead and took a chance based on customers review through this site. The overall experience I got from start to finish was phenomenal! The operator/dispatcher, always communicated promptly through txt. For a mere $45.00, I got picked up in a Mercedes E350 class from Diamond bar to LAX. The driver was very caring, by asking how am I doing, is the temperature okay. He also played good tunes as well, which is a bonus! Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed. Beats, UBER and any other shuttle service!

Drivers always ready to pick you up knows where they are going. Except one driver used a gps which brought you to a longer route (Exiting around 168 St instead of around 50 th St)

We have used this service 3 times so far and we can't say enough about the service. Always on time. Great communication. We travelled on the day with the worst winter storm in years and they got us to our hotel safely. There is no one else I would recommend more! We will be using this service in the future!

I was visiting my sister who lives in Corona, LA. I checked for shuttles online but could only find few that have service to Corona from LAX. And while other shuttles don't offer service or charge over $45 for ride, LaxRide ride offers service to almost everywhere around the LAX and my ride to Corona has costed me only $30. I just have to get down the plane, call LaxRide to let them know that I am at the airport, follow the directions that were sent to me. Soon the driver arrived to pick me up. Overall, The service was great and I would definitely go with LaxRide every time I am at LAX.

My family and I have used this service 3 times in 2 days and were very pleased with it. Drivers were friendly and picked us up in minutes when we were wanting to be picked up. They even took us to our destination almost an hour away for a very reasonable price. ($25). We will use this service in the future wherever available.

Professional company. Very responsive and helpful. Used the text message service and received efficient, timely and helpful responses. I highly recommend this company for shuttle service to/from LAX.

The car was there to pick us up promptly at the airport and when we were ready to return. Very friendly customer service ensured our ride was there at the exact time we wanted. Highly recommended.
