This is a SCAM DO NOT USE!!! I booked a private car pick up from LAX airport as we arriving late on a flight from Hawaii 12 midnight . The email receipt said the driver will Pick from arrivals and text on landing Text on landing says to catch a green LAX it bus which had to line up and then line up and get a lyft car . What a SCAM !!

On 11/28/2019, ordered a Ride from LAXRIDE from the airport. An hour after, we were told that due to "Operational difficulties, they were not able to service this booking" " You will be refunded". We Deeply apologize" I responded back " Can you please advise when we should expect the refund", never heard back. Gave it some time,,,, a month to be exact I reached out again and ends up being the account was never canceled and to wait 3-5 days to get the refund. Pretty sketchy company and wouldn't recommend to rely on it. Still not sure why the funds were taken out of my account before the ride was confirmed and why was my account not canceled the moment that we were told it was? Seems like they take advantage of people that forget to follow up and they just keep the money without providing any service.

Waited an hour and they just ditch me! They stop responding after 20 mins. Big scam! No refunds issue. Have to call my bank to fight the charges. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY They have no phone number, no business address, what kinda business is this? Some oversea scam they’re running

My advise to everyone is just call, text or email and cancel. Save yourself the headache and money. You will look dumb waiting at the airport for no one to pick you up. I waited 30 mins in the rain to find out no one was coming. This company, the owner, the worker are heartless people. They will make you suffer. My advise is cancel as soon as you can, get your money back

This service is SCAM. They might take your money, cancel the service and fail to refund after cancellation. When you contact them, they just stop answering you in the middle of the chat. I figured out that I was not alone and they had done the exact same thing on one of our relatives.

SCAM! SCAM!! Please beware if you are requesting a LAXRide and JAYRIDE in California both north and south, east and west, no matter what sides. Their website and services layouts seems to perform 100% legit. My experience with them was awful with nobody to call to for their own services. I have waited and waited and waited and waited after few txt and more txt after that they don't except phone calls, but they only response to your txt(who does that? - Yeap! something fishy here! )... two hour past and I still waited and more txt and waited and $T!LL NO FRI(K£N RIDE! Now I got stuck at home late for my flight and thinking of how can I get my $82.00 that paid in advance through both SCAM Artists back. Beware people and read all the comments before me! Make your own judgment

DO NOT use LAXRIDE. I waited an hour to get my driver's information and ended up being sent to Uber. Even with that, they sent Uber the wrong name and address and the driver kicked us out of his vehicle. We had to go back in line for the the second driver and he had to change the final destination on his app. It was NOT a private car service. When I tried calling, I got a text saying that they don't take calls. This is a scam to me.

Do NOT use LAXride. They left my son stranded at Denver Airport. They did not respond to texts when he landed. I am seeking reimbursement and disputing the charge. They are TERRIBLE>
