They did a great job picking us up and getting us to our destination on time. One of our drivers appeared to be sick and probably shouldn't have been driving with passengers in such an enclosed environment.

This was a much easier option than a shuttle to LAX and actually less expensive than Uber when estimated it. Only hiccup was I anticipated the driver to be separate from Uber or Lyft. Instead, I got an Uber driver. He was FANTASTIC. Super clean car, great conversation, safe driver. But he didn’t know I was going to LAX because it hadn’t been communicated to him like Uber does when a trip is 45 min+. He had to make other arrangements since he was just planning on a quick local drive. Ultimately everything worked out and the communication from LAXRide was spot on, which made me feel at ease with the trip. Payment and tip was easy too. Would use again.

I am used to other shuttle services where you tell them your flight and they tell you when they will pick you up.

Smooth ride, nice guy. The only thing I'd say is, he was not really helpful with my luggage when I got in the car. I had a big box and two luggages and he didn't come out of the car to help me. He just opened the back window of his SUV from his driving front seat and let me slide my stuff in there. Eventually, he came out to help me when we reached the airport, though.

Cool driver. Friendly. First one couldn't find me! A new driver close by found me! 45 mins waiting! Lol how about a discount? My phone battery quickly died. I'd have been up a creek if a nice stranger hadn't given me his charger when he left!!
