The big improvement I could see, would be to advertise that I need to give them more notice before pickup. The text they send says 30 minutes. From the time I sent the text until the time I was picked up, it was 50 minuets. I’m ok with that as long as you set my expectations correctly up front. Telling me 30 minutes, means that my ride was 20 minuets late. I brought this to the attention of the dispatcher and was told the average is 30-40 minutes. I just ask for being honest up front.

no handicapped access. also the drop off was for cars only beyond the bus lane. for someone who is mobility impared it is a hassle. driver was nice and got to me quick!!!

We used LAXRIDE when we arrived in Florida for a cruise and the experience was excellent. The next week we used them again for our return to the airport and the ride was okay, but the driver did not speak to us unless forced to and then we could barely understand him. when he got us to the airport he tried to drop us off at the arrivals entrance rather than departures and we had to insist he take us to the correct drop off point. it was obvious that he was not familiar with the airport and I don't think he could understand us either when we tried to make him follow the directional signs to get us to the right drop off point. I tipped him because he did make the long drive to pick us up, but I reported our disappointment with the trip overall to the company upon our arrival home.
