Not what I thought at all. The ride to tje airpprt was fine. The ride home was a mess. I provided flight info, texted tjem when I landed and tje contacted Uber after I had all my baggage. I could have contacted Uber and gotten it quocker. I thought this was a legitimate car service, but they brokered Uber much slower than I could have. I do not recommend using them. Get your own Uber and save time and money.

This is not a private car service! They just dispatch Uber drivers for you. Despite this, the Uber driver was good, but I was looking for a car service that screens drivers.

I booked this ride because my initial ride with this company fell through. I received a text right before I landed in Oakland that they "could not locate my driver for some reason, and do not have a backup driver." They actually said "for some reason." I had no idea this second ride I booked was the same company (my girlfriend I was traveling with had booked the one that fell through) so luckily this time worked out. However, I did book a ride back to the airport a few days later with them, and the driver was "stuck in traffic" and would take an additional 30 minutes to arrive from the time I requested. It was time I did not have (traffic from Napa to Oakland on a Monday morning is nasty), so asked them to cancel. To their credit they did, and refunded me without me having to ask. I think this could be a great company; they are super affordable and easy to book. But they need backup drivers so instances like the one I had in Oakland do not happen. It's at a 33% success rate for me, so I will not be using them again.

I thought the directions to where to meet the car were terrible and it took 20 texts and asking 3 people for directions and clarification to finally find the parking garage where we were supposed to meet and then we texted we were at F1 but 25 min went by and our driver still wasn't there and someone from the garage staff led us to the correct car who was parked in F4 b/c he never got the note that we were at F1. The drive to our destination was fine but it took an hour to get the car which could have been prevented with better directions.

We used LAXRide for round trip service. From home to LAX it was pretty decent. Drive was on time. However, not as comfortable when he did not use turn signals at all during the ride, and also was operating the GPS for prolong time while driving. On the return from LAX it was a disaster. Company texted me, when I was already in the air, and stated they could not reach the intended driver and had no backup plan. They will cancel my reservation. We were stranded at the airport to search for last minute alternate transport. This is unprofessional and, according to other reviews, it is not an uncommon issue with this company. If dependability is important to you, I would seriously thing twice before using this service.

I didn’t realize I was just paying someone to hire a Lyft on my behalf...I could’ve done that. 🙄 I didn’t want to wait once I arrived...that’s why I tried to pre-arrange transportation.
