Everything went well

The system is easy to use, the pricing is better than others, the communication is very effective. Have been using this service some time already and telling others about this service as well.

Driver Was there in less than 10 min. It’s really Lyft. Felt bad I had to get to Easton which was 1 hr away. He was nice about it.

All I can say is that these guys are the BOMB! And not in the 'airport' kind of bomb but the good kind~! We pulled up to the LAX express drop off, handed the info to the driver, and were immediately whisked away to our gate. I was given the option to have him drive or myself...and the choice to have him drive was a good decision. This guy executed a u-turn in the middle of a very busy street that we could have never had the guts to pull off. Freaking awesome. We were at our gate in 2 minutes. On our return when our plane landed, we called the number, and our driver was in front of the United terminal faster than we could walk off the plane with our carry on luggage! He was understanding when he had to make a loop around the airport until we could meet him. He told us he would find his own ride back to the LAX office. We thanked him, hopped in our car, and headed home. I can tell you.....it was a fabulous experience. We will use them again and again!!

At first there was a little mixup with who was picking us up, but it was all sorted in less than 10 minutes. Our driver, Sam, has a great car and well cared for. We booked a 2.5 hour drive and Sam was great. Good driver, chatted a bit but not too much, asked if we needed rest stop breaks, overall very pleasant and considerate. I highly recommend the LAXRide service. Excellent value.

Loved my driver. So nice to relax after a long day of flying between Alaska and New York.

Came into LGA. Car location was easy to find and the driver/nice car was there within 10 minutes of my getting to the location.
