I booked this service through Jayride (site highly rated) a week in advance. Paid, got message that my reservation is confirmed! Going to the airport was a breeze, the driver was early and friendly.. 5 stars. HOWEVER when I contacted them to come back to airport 4 days later and take me home I got... "sorry your driver is not available so we are cancelling your reservation." WHAT!! I told them I am a single woman alone at the Orlando airport late at night, you can't strand me 90 miles from home! I asked for next available driver, anything.. all I got was "sorry for the inconvenience" Fortunately I was able to get a Lyft home... at twice the price of course.

Great on the outbound leg (Boston airport to Hyannis), on our return 3 days later, I text to say we were ready for pick up and received a reply saying that they could not reach our driver and were therefore cancelling our ride and issuing a refund. No refund received as yet. This left us stranded at Hyannis port with no way to get to Boston airport to catch our transatlantic flight. Hyannis is just under 2 hours away from Boston airport!!! Worst service I have ever received. Will never use them, or the parent company, Jayride, again.

I confirmed my reservation the morning of my flight. LAXRide cancelled my reservation 30 minutes before my pickup time with a text. My flight landed at the airport, and I had no way to get home. I have yet to hear from any kind of manager even though I have been asking to speak to one. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

They stranded us! We confirmed at 9pm night before for a 715am pickup at Mayo, driving 1.5 hours to Minneapolis to catch a 1145am international flight. LAX text messaged me at midnight (while I was asleep!) to say that sorry,they couldn't track down their driver and couldn't get us to Minneapolis that morning. I was lucky I checked my phone at 3am and scrambled to find another shuttle company to get us there! TERRIBLE service--do not book if you want reliability!

I had my ride scheduled for morning 5.30am. They texted me day before at 9.15pm telling that they couldn't reach the driver so cancelling my ride. Luckily I was awake to see the message. what if I trusted them and slept and wake up to find this text message, I would have missed my flight because of this Laxride. Really very frustrated with last minute cancellations. Lot of tension to find rental car at midnight. Very bad service. I won't trust this service anymore.

They let me down. First car ordered didn’t show up, and the second one supposed to arrive within five minutes after my call to the dispatch, was in the traffic. Had to order Uber in a rush, to get to the airport. Very unhappy . My credit card was charged, I am waiting for the refund.

DO NOT USE, SHAM, THEY WILL SCREW YOU BY CANCELLING WITHOUT NOTICE. Booked via Jayride. I booked a transfer for my son from DTW. I confirmed this booking multiple times in between making it and the pickup date. My son arrived to DTW, dutifully followed the pickup instructions. Waiting in the rideshare area - I ask for the driver info "we will send driver info when driver is near." A few minutes go by, and another text -- "Unfortunately we could not provide service to you. We could not contact your driver for some reason. We don't have a back up driver nearby. We will cancel and refund your ride immediately. Thank you for your understanding." What a complete load of b.s. and the most terrible service I have received from a company, ever. I have to scramble to get my son into a hotel at 1000pm at night and then try to arrange for a transfer the next day. Avoid them at all costs. Shame on you.

When I arrived Charlotte International Airport, an LAX Ride driver was supposed to meet me. Instead another person who had my phone number called and texted me and said she was ready to pick me up. I went with her and she took me to my hotel. Then she asked me to pay her and I said I already paid online. She then said she was NOT with LAX Ride. I reluctantly paid and called this company for a refund since they never actually took me. It was still so weird that this other person had my info. They directed me to Jayride. I contacted them and they directed me to Mozio, yet another company. Till now, 5 days after my scheduled ride, I have received no response or resolution to this problem. I will NEVER use any of these companies again and will WARN everyone I know to stay away! So unprofessional and unhelpful!!!
