Is it possible to give a no star review? This company is the worst,do yourself a favor and find another company. After several confirming texts we were hoping for a ride from Newark airport to Connecticut. We texted our location, level, door number and terminal with the driver then crickets. No response until we got the dreaded text that they cancelled. No phone number so only unanswered texts. we filled out a request for refund with no response from them. Somehow they are hooked up with Jayride ,I would stay away from them too.

Worse experience ever, I booked my ride online and called on the phone to confirmed the booking and was assured there would be no issues. Once I got to LAG I texted them only to find out my ride had been cancelled and my money refunded. I would definitely would not use them again or trust that they will come through. You are better off calling an Uber once at the airport. Thank you

The dispatch person was incredibly snarky and rude. The most unhelpful. I had to wait 90 minutes for my car to arrive and he wouldn’t give me any information. When asked for manager or help he would ignore me. With that being said, my driver was wonderful. Dispatcher, not so much

This has to be the worst car service I’ve used. Save your TIME and MONEY, use any other car service. Left,Uber, anything. If I could rate the company lower then a one star I would. Driver was ok but as far as customer service and being able to get into contact with workers, the WORST!

Service to get the driver was subpar. Had to wait 45 minutes at the airport. Only they txt messages. Could not call the center. The rest including driver was fine.

The driver did not show up at all. Waited for 2hours late into the night. Several attempts were made to call your service support number but no one picked up. Worse airport transfer service I have experienced my whole life. Terrible service no one available to help at all, do not use.

LAXRIDE sent an Uber to take me to my destination. The car took off with my laptop in it and LAXRIDE refused to report the lost item to connect me with my driver. I had no way of seeing my trip details (as the Uber was booked from the LAXRIDE account, not my own) and they were completely unresponsive to help with this simple 30-second request that would have allowed me to recover my computer!

Reserved a ride for an International guest since we were out of town and unable to pick you up at SFO. She arrived on time and texted LAX only be to told they didn't have a driver for her and would refund the fee. "Thanks for understanding." Sorry, no excuse. Here is someone visiting from another country now stranded at SFO. She called us panicked, not knowing what to do. We contracted LAX (we from Chicago) and were told the same thing. Here we are at a Wedding trying to secure a ride for our guest! Will NEVER use them again.
