First Time using this service and would NEVER use them. I scheduled a pick up at LAX- they got back right away with confirmation number, billed my credit card-Called once landed as I ordered the service to pick up my Father who was arriving from out of the country-They said great-go outside let us know where he is and for 30 minutes kept asking me to hold and not getting back to me and then sent text saying they could not find a driver and cancelled the ride. What kind of company operates this way- This company needs to be investigated for fraud. Called him a Uber and there in 10 minutes

Don’t waste your time with this company. All they do is send an Uber to pick you up Apparently They do t have any of their own drivers Is cheaper and quicker to hire your own uber or lyft

Horrible wait time. My rides have been cancelled off lately to an extent I have even missed my flight. Sometimes the drivers aren’t even aware of where they are going. Often at airport I have waited 15 minutes for a ride who then comes says location was changed last moment it’s too far and leaves! Go for an alternative if available . Customer service is so poor!no apology no compensation nothing

Just booked a ride through the website. They gave me a choice of options and processed my credit card. I got an email confirming my trip and multiple text messages with instructions. Then I get a text message saying to cancel my reservation and refund me because they don't have a driver to take me on my booking. Why even have it as an option in the first place?

My experience with Laxride was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company. To start, Laxride has no customer service other than a phone number that you can text. I booked my ride over a month in advance and I texted this number at least 4 times confirming that my ride would be picking me up on Christmas morning at 5am to get me to Denver airport in time for my 8am flight home to visit my family. All replies that I received were auto-generated messages from a computer telling me to text them 30 minutes before I needed to be picked up. On Christmas morning, I messaged the number exactly 30 minutes before I needed to leave. I got a reply at 4:59am (1 minute before I needed to be picked up) saying that my ride had been canceled due to "bad weather conditions on the road." I had to order an uber to the airport and it took over 45 minutes for the uber to arrive. Not only was there no bad weather, but there was also absolutely no snow or ice on the entire journey from my cabin to the airport. I ended up missing my flight, and I spent Christmas day waiting standby to get home to my family. I will never be using this service again.

STAY AWAY!!! They did not show to pick my wife up to the airport from San Diego to LAX. When we called to see where our driver was they said it was cancelled. No notification. This was booked a week earlier. We had to scramble to make our flight.

Stay as far away as possible. Just canceled on us without notice and so far without refunding my $120. Again, stay as far away as possible from these shady individuals.

My boyfriend and I used LAXride to get a ride from Orlando Airport to Daytona Beach. The ride was fine and our driver was friendly. He however turned out to be a scammer and LAXride has done nothing to ensure me the driver has been contacted or disciplined. We paid the fee online for LAXride at the time of booking and then at the time of pick from the airport the driver told us it would be an extra $25.00 because he would be traveling back with an empty car...? We paid the fee on his "square" device attached to his phone at drop off. We realized this was odd but it was 2am after a day of travel and we weren't ready to argue with this driver. I contacted LAXride immediately to warn them about the incident and request a refund for the charges the driver charged me outside of their services. I got a quick reply that read "Hello, We apologize for the trouble you have experienced. The driver was not supposed to charge you anything extra the ride. Please kindly call your credit card company and dispute the charge" I should contact my credit card company. What? I replied that I would not be contacting my credit card company and I would like for the driver to be contacted so other travels don't have the same experience. It has been 7 days and I haven't heard back from their customer service. Very disappointed as they are obviously ignoring my emails. I do not recommend this ride service. TLDR - Dishonest drivers and customer service doesn't care about it.
